Sharir Kriya (Dept of Physiology)
Department of Sharir Kriya is concerned with Basic Principles of Ayurveda. Basic Principles (for exp. Dosha, Dhatu, Malas etc.) are very very important in Ayurveda. Without knowledge of basic principles of Sharir Kriya, we cannot understand any subject of Ayurveda because doshas are physiological unit of the human body. Dhatus are anatomical (structural) unit of the body and Malas are excretory (solid & liquid) part of the body. By the knowledge of this subject, the student have know it means about normal healthy condition of the body.
The Sharir Kriya Dept. have well equipped with sufficient Instruments and chemicals.We have well trained as a P.G. Teachers. In this Dept. Physiological knowledge of Physiological activities of human body is given to student. Without Physiology we cannot judge pathology hence, for the better education of Sharir Kriya, as per the norms of CCIM all types of charts, models, instruments chemicals are available. Recently two books are published. Ayurved, Adhunik, Prakrit Paramarsh (Concept of Prakriti according to Ayurved & Modern Science). A text and another text multiple choice question is published by auspicious hands of honourable Faculty Dean of Ayurveda of M.U.H.S. Nashik. Dr.Shrikant Deshmukh Sir and respected Principal Dr. M. M. Godbole, and it is written by Prof. Dr. U. K. Bande Dept. of Kriya Sharir. Our dept. is well & good for the UG & PG study.
The Department is conducting P.G. Course (M.D. Ayu.) Since 2013 and Produced more than 14 Post Graduates. The department is also recognized as Ph.D. Research Center by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

- Active Participation in many Workshops , ROTPs , as a delegate, resource person concerned to Sharir Kriya (physiology) sponsored by department of Ayush , Government of India and Maharashtra University Of Health Sciences, Nashik, department of Ayush , Government of India and Bharati Veedyapeeth Pune.
- Active Participation in many in seminars and conferences related to Kriya sharir (physiology).
- Articles published in many National and international journals on many topics concerned to Sharir Kriya (physiology)
- Active participation in Maharashtra University Of Health Sciences, Nashik in practical examination UG,PG as a convener, external examiner, centre incharge, centre observer.
- Active participation in Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences, Karnataka state in practical examination for PG as external examiner.
- Experience of paper assessment of UG and PG since last many years.
- Experience in assessment of synopsis of PG, evaluation of dissertations since last many years in Maharashtra University Of Health Sciences, Nashik
- Experience in staff selection as subject expert.
- Experience in question paper setting for UG and PG in Maharashtra University Of Health Sciences, Nashik.
- Experience in question paper setting for PG in Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences, Karnataka state
